Lane Crawford celebrated the exclusive collaboration with Opening Ceremony with a fun-filled exclusive cocktail yesterday, April 14, 2011 at Lane Crawford ifc mall, which has attracted Hong Kong’s die-hard Opening Ceremony fans as well as some of the city’s most fashionable crowd.

Kicking off Spring in a fresh and energetic style, Lane Crawford was transformed into a conceptual retail extension of the New York cult-retailer Opening Ceremony replete with inspired visual displays such as a New York street scene, a French flea market, and a tribute to Broadway.  Exciting must-have products and assortment of celebrated designers and artistic collaborators were featured throughout the store to further stimulate customer’s senses.

To further highlight the innovative collaboration, Opening Ceremony’s renowned co-founders, Carol Lim and Humberto Leon together with style icon and renowned actress Chloë Sevigny, who created an exclusive collection with Opening Ceremony, made an appearance at the cocktail at Lane Crawford ifc mall. Fashion fans were excited to meet the celebrated designer and actress in person. 

Music by DJ Miss Yellow set the tone at the cocktail with an ultra-cool vibe. A selection of gastronomic delights was served at the food stations and delicious cocktail sponsored by Belvedere Vodka was served. Lane Crawford ifc mall was turned into the ultimate party destination with Café Costa transformed into a pop-up disco with pole dancers performing, and with fun-filled programmes such as b-boys battle and juggling performance throughout the night. Guests were invited to indulge in a unique experience that embraces both the essences of Lane Crawford and Opening Ceremony. Also in attendance were key celebrities and models including Amanda S, Godfrey Tsao, Helen To, Hilary Tsui, Jan Lam, Jennifer Tse, Kelvin Kwan, Ren Ogata, and Wyman Wong, as well as stylist social faces such as stylist Celia Wong, Denise Ho, and Tina Leung, makeup artist Zing, blogger Sammy Liang, top socialites Charlotte Chen, Denise Lai, Feiping Chang, and Ingrid Chen.
